MEET THE TEAM

Twenty-five years directing, editing, colouring and producing for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and global brands. A colourist who learned the business from the finish backwards.
Credits include producer on the feature All You Need Is Death and on Something is Brewing in the Pond; director of Before The Big Bang with Stephen Hawking; promos for Zak Starkey, Bob Geldof, and Toots and the Maytals; and live producer on Björk’s Cornucopia in Lisbon.

Founded runVT in 1995 and is its CEO. The company has sites in London, Brighton and the North East, and was named Best Post Production House at the 2024 Broadcast Awards. He also founded the equipment hire company runHIRE in 2013, and received an Asian Achievers Award in 2026.

Joined runVT as Head of Client Partnerships in June 2026, a new role covering client relationships across the company’s London, Brighton and Gateshead sites. He was previously Business Development Manager at audio post-production house Light Year Studios. Before that he launched the production music company 560 Music, worked for Altitude Film Sales and was VP Sales at ITV Studios.

Joined runVT in June 2023. Previously General Manager of West Digital for five and a half years and head of picture post at Pinewood Studios. At Halo he was technical director and set up two BBC Factual facilities, and he has also held business development roles at The Edit Store and Base Media Cloud.

Joined runVT in 2025. An online editor and colourist on Avid and Baselight. His grade and online credits include Come Dine with Me (Channel 4), The Sky at Night (BBC) and Killer at the Crime Scene (Channel 5).

John Bentley

Mark Hodgkins

Head of Sound, Many Worlds Films

A London-based sound designer, re-recording mixer and composer with more than 15 years in audio post-production. He mixes music in Dolby Atmos, and his credits include the feature A Gangster’s Kiss.

Thaddaios Yianni

Head of Audio, runVT

A dubbing mixer who joined runVT in 2020. His credits include sound editing on John Pilger’s documentary Utopia (2013).

Simon Wilkinson

Head of VFX, Many Worlds Films

A visual effects supervisor with more than 25 years in VFX and CGI, covering compositing, matchmoving, rotoscoping, and 2D and 3D animation. He has worked for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime, and led the VFX on the feature A Gangster’s Kiss (2024).

Kent Houston

VFX Partner

Co-founded Peerless Camera Company in London with Terry Gilliam in the mid-1970s and is its visual effects supervisor. His credits include Brazil (1985), The Princess Bride (1987) and Casino Royale (2006). Academy Award nominee for The Adventures of Baron Munchausen; Primetime Emmy winner in 2018 for The Alienist.

Kent Houston has spent four decades building one of Europe’s leading VFX operations, delivering for Bond, HBO and the major studios, with a career that began alongside Terry Gilliam. His work has earned an Emmy for The Alienist, an Academy Award nomination for The Adventures of Baron Munchausen and two BAFTA nominations.
